The Uplift of Lucifer is an unorthidox stage play written in 1915 by L.Frank Baum and produced by the Uplifters, an offshoot of the Los Angeles Atheltic Club in 1915 and 1920. The script was lost for years until Manuel Weltman recieved a copy (perhaps the last) and had it reprinted. "The Corrugated Giant" is Baum's cute monologue short story adapted from Prince Mud-Turtle in 1915 . - This is the True "Stated" First Edition published By Dion O'Donnol, Printer/Poet/Owner of Wagon Wagon and Star Publishers of Inglewood California. - "Dion O'Donnol First Edition" - This edition was apparently rejected by Manuel Weltman, who had a second near same issue printed with his preface and dated October 1963. This original printing was kept undistributed until Dion's passing in February '07. - "As New" with possible slight defects from aging and indirect light. - Questions??? Please write. -
